Vinyasa Yoga

This type of Yoga was derived from Hatha Yoga.

It focuses on synchronising breath and movement, flowing from one Asana (posture) to another. Nyasa means «to place» and Vi «in a precise way». 

Naturally more active, it is convenient for those who want to increase well-being, flexibility and strength.
